  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including institutional investors, corporates, pension funds, and government entities.
  • Provide strategic advisory services across M&A, capital raising, and complex infrastructure financing structures.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, offering insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and sector dynamics.
  • Oversee full deal execution from origination through closing, ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior investment banking teams, ensuring strong execution and professional growth.
  • Support recruitment efforts and contribute to building a high-performing advisory team.
  • Collaborate across geographies and sectors to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or infrastructure M&A, with a strong focus on origination and client management.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex infrastructure transactions.
  • Strong expertise in deal execution, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.
  • Established network within infrastructure, energy, renewables, or digital infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders including executives and institutional investors.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing deal teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level compensation with performance-based incentives.
  • Equity participation and co-investment opportunities alongside senior leadership.
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Entrepreneurial and partnership-oriented culture with a clear progression path.
  • Direct exposure to high-profile, global infrastructure transactions.
  • Structured mentorship and leadership development opportunities.
  • Paid sabbatical program every two years of tenure.
  • Remote-first flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on transformative infrastructure and energy transition projects worldwide.
