You will play a key role in shaping sales incentive plans that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across multiple business functions. Working closely with compensation leaders, finance, and senior stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into structured, competitive compensation models. The environment is highly collaborative and data-driven, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will also influence leadership decisions through clear storytelling and executive-level presentations. - Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of sales incentive and compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, equity, and market competitiveness while driving desired performance outcomes.
- Analyze compensation and incentive effectiveness through data-driven insights, including quarterly performance reviews, benchmarking, and evaluation of pay positioning and total cash strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, business leaders, and compensation teams to define plan metrics, structure pay mix, and ensure alignment with financial and behavioral goals.
- Develop executive-level presentations and communication materials that translate complex compensation concepts into clear, actionable narratives for leadership decision-making.
- Support the documentation, communication, and training of incentive plans, ensuring clarity, compliance, and adoption across participant groups.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts to enhance reporting, efficiency, and scalability of compensation programs.
This role requires strong analytical capability, compensation expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency in data and compensation design with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or compensation-related roles.
- Strong background in incentive compensation design, program evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to build executive-level presentations and storytelling narratives.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: experience with compensation tools such as Varicent and exposure to healthcare or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Annual salary range: $94,900 – $130,500, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
- Fully remote role within the United States, with minimal or occasional travel for meetings or training.
