  • Contribute to enterprise-wide medical education leadership initiatives and cross-functional strategic planning efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in medical education, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Deep expertise in medical education principles, adult learning theory, and outcomes measurement methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks including FDA guidelines, PhRMA Code, OIG, AMA, ACCME, and Sunshine Act requirements.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute enterprise-level strategies that deliver measurable business and clinical outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners.
