Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will translate complex architectures into clear, actionable solutions for diverse stakeholders. • Deliver end-to-end technical consulting and integration support for clients across industries such as financial services, healthcare, government, insurance, and law enforcement.
• Lead implementation, configuration, and deployment activities using XML, JSON, and related integration technologies.
• Provide advanced third-level technical support leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, C#, Python, and PowerShell.
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear, practical solutions and actionable insights.
• Mentor and support junior consultants while contributing to internal process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–9 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or a related domain, including exposure to financial crime compliance.
• Strong hands-on expertise with XML and JSON data formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Programming experience in C#, Python, and PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, databases, and data transformation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound technical judgment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
