This role focuses on advancing career and graduate school opportunities for a large network of high-achieving students and alumni from low-income and first-generation backgrounds. You will play a central role in designing, coordinating, and optimizing programs that connect talent with meaningful educational and professional pathways. Working across outreach, data, and communications teams, you will help translate strategy into scalable, high-impact initiatives. The position blends program operations, partnership management, and analytical insight to continuously improve outcomes. It is ideal for someone who thrives in mission-driven environments and enjoys building structured, data-informed systems. You will also contribute to long-term strategy while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of programs that directly shape student futures.
- Support the end-to-end execution of career and graduate school partnership programs, including application processes, communications, platform updates, and operational coordination across teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen understanding of target populations and manage existing and emerging institutional partnerships.
- Use data, metrics, and feedback loops to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement, scaling, and innovation.
- Contribute to strategic planning discussions, helping shape both short-term priorities and long-term growth of program offerings.
- Research labor market trends, hiring practices, graduate admissions, and financial aid developments to inform program direction.
- Manage and optimize project management tools and workflows to improve efficiency and cross-team coordination.
- Participate in domestic travel (2–4 times per year) for organizational events and initiatives.
- Support additional organizational projects as needed, including annual review and evaluation of student applications across programs.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of full-time experience in higher education or related fields.
- Familiarity with selective college and/or graduate school admissions processes and/or higher education career services or recruiting environments.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams with high attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with experience using data to evaluate processes and improve outcomes.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to design, document, and communicate structured workflows.
- Self-starter with strong accountability, adaptability, and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to educational access, student success, and support for first-generation and/or low-income populations.
- Competitive salary range: $62,400 – $78,000 annually
