• Lead and implement quality assurance programs aligned with industry standards such as ISO 9001
• Oversee inspection processes for raw materials, production operations, and finished products to ensure quality compliance
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve product and process challenges
• Review customer complaints, identify trends, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
• Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality and environmental standards
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement across operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of quality and compliance records
• Deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among teams
• Manage vendor quality relationships and support supplier performance improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in quality assurance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify process improvements, and implement effective solutions
• Experience with quality audits, compliance standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
• Nice to have: experience with certification standards such as UL or FM
