- Lead and implement quality assurance programs aligned with industry standards such as ISO 9001
- Oversee inspection processes for raw materials, production operations, and finished products to ensure quality compliance
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve product and process challenges
- Review customer complaints, identify trends, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
- Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality and environmental standards
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement across operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of quality and compliance records
- Deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among teams
- Manage vendor quality relationships and support supplier performance improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in quality assurance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify process improvements, and implement effective solutions
- Experience with quality audits, compliance standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
- Nice to have: experience with certification standards such as UL or FM
