Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow corporate partnerships, particularly within retail, footwear, and apparel sectors
  • Drive both financial contributions and product-based partnerships, aligning business objectives with broader impact goals
  • Identify and unlock opportunities related to sustainability, inventory optimization, and circular economy initiatives
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals and performance metrics
  • Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to execution and long-term growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership initiatives
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic forums
  • Manage business development budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking against revenue and partnership goals
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Strong background in retail, apparel, footwear, or related industries preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-value partnerships with global brands
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and performance management
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a strategic and hands-on approach
  • Established industry network and experience with complex deal-making
