This senior leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end sales performance and revenue growth across the Americas region within a fast-scaling SaaS environment. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on executive leadership, requiring a strong ability to shape go-to-market direction while ensuring disciplined execution across large enterprise sales teams. The role is highly cross-functional, working closely with marketing, product, and operations to align regional strategy with broader company objectives. It involves building and scaling high-performing sales organizations, expanding market presence, and deepening enterprise customer relationships. With significant exposure to executive stakeholders and the board, this leader will influence both strategic direction and operational outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on measurable impact and sustained revenue growth.
- Lead the development and execution of the Americas sales strategy, ensuring consistent achievement or overachievement of revenue targets while aligning with corporate objectives.
- Build, scale, and lead a multi-level sales organization across the region, including regional directors and enterprise account teams, while fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Drive full-cycle sales excellence, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, deal execution, and strategic account planning across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Oversee regional market expansion strategies across key territories, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening penetration in priority segments.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts, building long-term C-suite relationships and ensuring customer success, retention, and expansion.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales operations to align go-to-market execution, enablement, and product strategy with market needs.
- Deliver executive-level insights, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including at least 7 years in senior sales leadership roles managing large, complex teams across the Americas.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and leading large-scale SaaS or enterprise sales organizations.
- Strong background in SaaS, LegalTech, Data Privacy, Data Protection, or cybersecurity-related industries is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, consultative selling, deal structuring, and multi-million-dollar contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams, including second-line or third-line leadership experience.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, territory planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and operate effectively in matrixed environments.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% as required.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 annually, with eligibility for variable compensation, bonus, and equity.
