Remote Senior Sales Director

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales strategy and execution across the Americas for our dynamic SaaS team. You'll oversee a high-performing sales organization, collaborate across teams, and execute on sales initiatives that ensure market penetration and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SaaS sales and leadership, aiming to scale revenue effectively and efficiently.
Accountabilities
  • Execute a comprehensive Go to Market / Sales strategy for the Americas to achieve and/or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive operational excellence in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Lead and inspire a sales organization across the Americas.
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and customer success.
  • Mentor and develop sales management for long-term leadership succession.
  • Identify and prioritize key market segments and expansion strategies.
  • Act as primary executive sponsor for key accounts to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed sales targets and manage multi-million dollar sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of the LegalTech and data protection landscape.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with C-level executives.
