We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring both internal execution and client satisfaction are at the highest levels.

The Project Manager will be the linchpin between sales, design, logistics, and installation—overseeing every element of the project lifecycle. Strong emphasis is placed on customer service, follow-through, communication, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

o Coordinate all phases of golf simulator projects from initiation to completion.

o Develop and manage detailed project timelines, schedules, and milestones.

o Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Client Communication & Satisfaction:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project including on construction items and reviewing 2D and 3D design drawings.

o Ensure customers are informed, involved, and satisfied with each phase.

o Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Team & Vendor Coordination:

o Work closely with sales, design, installation, and support teams.

o Schedule and manage subcontractors and vendors as needed.

o Ensure all materials, equipment, and personnel are in place for each project; including working with our logistics team to make sure items are ordered and shipped in a timely fashion

Quality Assurance & Detail Focus:

o Review site-specific requirements, technical drawings, and installation plans.

o Conduct quality checks before, during, and after installation.

o Document all aspects of the project for accuracy and transparency.

Support & Service Integration:

o Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless post-installation service.

o Provide guidance and documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience of 5 years or more in project management, preferably in a technical installation or construction-related field.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., SalesForce, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams and Outlook).

· Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

· Experience in the AV, technology, or golf simulator industry is a plus.
