Retail Team Member

Location: Wyoming

Starting Pay: $14 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Part-Time (20-25 hours) or Full- Time (30-35 hours)

As a Retail Team Member, you play a key role in supporting our mission. You help reduce food waste and make a positive impact in the community by keeping our stores well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. Your work helps move overstock and closeout food efficiently, delivering value to families while contributing to a more sustainable food system.

A Sample of the Role:

Deliver an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
Greet and engage customers, assisting them in locating products and resolving issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
Follow operational procedures, including accurate cash handling and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stock shelves, ensure accurate pricing, and rotate products to maintain quality.
Receive and organize inventory, check in deliveries, and assist in unloading.
Provide training and support to team members.
Retrieve shopping carts and remove snow from sidewalks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Desire to work with customers regularly.
Manual cashier register experience preferred.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail or a similar industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and handling products.
