This role offers the opportunity to lead a full-spectrum Marketing & Communications organization at a pivotal growth stage for a high-growth health technology SaaS company. You will shape company-wide marketing strategy, drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance customer engagement throughout the lifecycle. Reporting to executive leadership, you will align marketing operations with sales, product, and customer success, building predictable revenue growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This is a high-visibility, strategic position where your decisions directly influence market presence, adoption, retention, and advocacy. The environment values data-driven insights, creativity, and a hands-on approach to scaling marketing impact. You will also be responsible for mentoring a high-performing team and establishing scalable processes that support long-term success.
Define and execute marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives, including pipeline creation, ARR growth, and retention/NRR.
Lead multi-channel demand generation, including ABM, performance campaigns, field/events, partner programs, and content marketing.
Develop and maintain a differentiated brand narrative, integrated messaging, PR, thought leadership, analyst relations, and internal communications.
Oversee product marketing, including buyer personas, positioning, packaging, go-to-market readiness, and competitive intelligence.
Build customer lifecycle programs to drive adoption, retention, advocacy, and proof points such as case studies and references.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, designing organizational structures for optimal efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record scaling marketing organizations in high-growth SaaS companies (~$100–$500M ARR).
Demonstrated success in building predictable pipeline and aligning closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.
Strong product marketing and positioning skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions into clear value propositions.
Experience operating in multi-stakeholder, trust-sensitive industries (e.g., healthcare).
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities; adept at establishing scalable processes and operational discipline.
Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing metrics, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

Competitive salary range of $240,000 – $285,000, depending on experience and location.
