• Answercustomer calls and identify their service needs
• Documentcustomer interactions and keep organized account notes
• Coordinatewith Service Supervisors and Technicians on PMs, service calls, and follow‑ups
• Confirmcustomer satisfaction after service visits
• ReviewPM/SC forms and communicate required actions
• Supportquoting needs with Service Manager/Sales
• Coordinatewith Supply Chain as needed
• Completefollow‑uptasks: sales orders, delivery confirmations, customer support items
• Submitweekly activity and call reports
• Performadditional tasks as assigned
Requirements
• 2+years customer service experience (industry‑related preferred)
• Associateor bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strongcommunication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills
• Organized,dependable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Team‑orientedwith a strong sense of urgency
• Proficientwith Microsoft Office; FSM or QuickBooks experience preferred
• Mechanicalor industrial product knowledge a plus
• Validdriver’s license and excellent driving record
• Abilityto obtain Military base access
• Prolongedperiods of sitting and computer work
• Abilityto maneuver around equipment and moving objects
• Occasionalexposure to hazardous materials
• Abilityto lift 15–30 lbs occasionally
• Sometravel by commercial aircraft may be required
