Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $20 to $28 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Travel Required (National).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.

• Project Scope: Commercial & Industrial / Manufacturing Services

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity: You will serve as a pivotal field leader, directing the installation of specialized industrial equipment and paint booths for a rapidly growing company. This role offers the unique chance to work directly alongside ownership, providing a fast track for career advancement and professional development. You will impact our success by ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on diverse projects across the country.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct a high-performing field crew to complete the assembly of paint booths and roll-up doors safely and efficiently.

• Coordinate on-site logistics for assignments lasting up to 21 days to ensure strict adherence to project timelines.

• Supervise the daily execution of mechanical and electrical tasks in fast-paced industrial environments.

• Communicate project progress and technical obstacles directly to leadership to maintain high installation standards.

• Mentor junior technicians through XpertBuilds apprenticeship and training programs to foster team growth.

• Execute complex equipment setups with precision, ensuring every installation meets specific client requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the last 3 years.

• Absolute willingness to travel 100% of the time, including flying to various job sites nationwide.

• Proven ability to work extended shifts and remain on-site for up to 21 consecutive days.

• Strong reliability and a safety-focused mindset while working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or Crew Leader capacity.

• Hands-on background specifically in paint booth installations or roll-up door setups.

• Advanced electrical knowledge or previous technical training in industrial equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
