Job Description:

Provides principal administrative support in the supply branch manager's office. Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the manager and staff. Performs varied clerical and administrative duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office. Performs varied duties including; responding to routine telephone requests; process personnel action requests, and project HR tasks. Controls mail and assures timely staff response; maintains supply branch manager's calendar; maintains recurring internal reports, such as time and leave records, office equipment listings, correspondence controls, and training plans; requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services. Types, establishes and maintains office files. Other duties as assigned.
