Accounts Receivable Clerk at Persona Signs, LLC – Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Persona Signs is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who can work temporarily in our Accounting Department. The right individual will be able hit the ground running and ready to jump in as needed.

Primary responsibilities would focus on AR support and keeping customer activity current:

• Collections — calling, emailing, and following up with customers on past-due invoices
• Billing — running Oracle reports for orders ready to invoice, closing orders, generating invoices, and sending to customers
• Cash receipt research support
• Lien waivers — verifying payment status and preparing waivers for signature/notary
• Maintaining AR aging reporting and resolving basic customer discrepancies

Secondary (as time allows):

• Entering AP invoices (no payment processing)
• General admin accounting support
