What You’ll Do:

We are hiring a Metal Laborer to join our commercial roofing and sheet metal team. This position supports the fabrication and installation of exterior metal panel systems and roofing on commercial projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of commercial metal wall and roofing systems, including ACM and standing seam panels.
• Measure, cut, and prepare sheet metal components according to project specifications.
• Assist in layout and fabrication under the direction of the Metal Foreman.
• Support the removal of old materials and preparation of surfaces.
• Load and unload materials and transport equipment to job sites.
• Support proper installation of gutters, downspouts, flashings, and roof drainage systems.
• Ensure work areas are clean and free from debris; maintain job site safety.
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Clock in and out accurately and consistently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Not afraid of heights and able to climb ladders and scaffolding safely
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Familiar with tape measures and hand tools
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to/from job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Previous experience in metal roofing or sheet metal fabrication
• Knowledge of exterior panel systems or roof drainage systems
• Basic computer or mobile device skills
• Manufacturer-specific safety or installation certifications

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8 to 12-hour shifts
• Occasional weekend work depending on project needs
