This is a seasonal, part-time Support Staff position in a very busy Taproom environment. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are task-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a loud, high-volume setting.

You are proactive, team-focused, and calm under pressure. You understand that speed, accuracy, and awareness directly impact the guest experience.

What You’ll Do

Deliver food quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards

Work closely with Expo to ensure correct and timely order delivery

Learn menu items and Taproom floor plan to ensure accurate service

Bus and reset tables efficiently to maintain service flow

Support bartenders with stocking, ice, glassware, and keg changes

Complete assigned side work before, during, and after shifts

Perform opening and closing duties

Maintain cleanliness and uphold sanitation and food safety standards

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, food runner, or barback experience preferred

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Strong communication skills and sense of urgency

Ability to stay organized and efficient during peak periods

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends

Comfortable working in higher noise levels due to music and guest traffic
