Your Impact
Deliverect is seeking a highly motivated Activations Specialist to join our expanding team! In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in welcoming new clients and guaranteeing their seamless integration with the Deliverect platform.
As the primary point of contact during the initial setup phase, you'll guide clients through the process, ensuring a smooth transition. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating the effortless onboarding of new clients in NOAM and LATAM onto our platform, directly contributing to their satisfaction and long-term success.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Mexico office and 2 day from the comfort of your home.*
A Typical Day- Provide support to customers or users during the activation process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have to overcome obstacles to activation
- Serve as an advocate for customers or users within the organization to promote consistent feedback loops
- Lead activities to onboard new locations, activate additional ordering channels,and setting up new products.
- Helping customers with menu creation and maintenance
- Training customers on how to use the Deliverect platform and tools
- Migrating integrations to new systems
- Coordinating with external partners and cross-functional teams You will work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers and the wider implementation team to deliver the final solution, thereby helping with the day to day tasks (see above). This is a great opportunity for anyone looking
- Computer Savvy
- English required

- Have or want Hospitality (food/retail), Online Marketing or/and E-Commerce experience!
- A Team Player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills and problem-solving skills
- Highly autonomous and self starter
- You are open to new ideas and approaches
- You are quick to think on your feet and will view issues and problems as opportunities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail
- Proven track record of efficiently organizing tasks and schedules
