The Role: Clinical Director

As a Clinical Director, you’ll guide both the medical quality of the hospital and the culture of the team. You’ll work closely with our Hospital Manager to create a supportive, communicative, and growth-focused environment.

You Will:

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care
  • Mentor, coach, and develop DVMs and support staff
  • Elevate clinical standards and ensure high-quality medical protocols
  • Promote client education and preventative medicine
  • Contribute to business strategy, operational success, and long-term hospital goals
  • Build trust with both clients and team members

About Our Hospital

Team: 2 DVMs | 2 RVTs | 8 VAs | 3 CSRs

What You Bring:

  • DVM degree (required)
  • 10+ years of clinical experience
  • Strong surgical and diagnostic confidence
  • Interest or experience in surgery, dentistry, and ultrasound
  • A natural communicator and relationship-builder
  • A growth mindset with the ability to inspire and uplift others

What We Offer:

  • $200,000 - $225,000 base salary, + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals ( 4 day work week)
  • $12,000 annual Clinical Director leadership stipend in addition to competitive base compensation
  • Sign-on bonuses and relocation support available for qualified candidates based on experience and location
  • $3,000 annual CE allowance + 40 hours paid time to invest in your professional growth (based on four day work week)
