What You Will Do
  • Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to prepare eligible high school students for post-secondary education.
  • Offer tutoring and instructional support to help students navigate academic, social, and personal challenges.
  • Guide students through college admissions, financial aid, and career planning processes.
  • Build students' academic skills and readiness for college-level work.
  • Provide instruction and support across core subject areas, including math, science, English, and social studies.


FLSA: Non-Exempt

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with educational programs serving disadvantaged youth, particularly low-income and first-generation high school students.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications recommended.
  • Valid teaching certification strongly preferred.
