-Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
-Represent the practice at off-site events, health fairs, festivals, and community engagements
-Deliver educational materials and presentations about pediatric and family dentistry, airway health, sedation dentistry, orthodontics, and preventive care

-Deliver thank-you packages, referral materials, and updates to referral sources
-Report monthly community engagement results and reactivation metrics to management
Qualifications
-Prior experience in marketing, outreach, sales, or customer service required
-Knowledge of dental procedures (restorative, pediatric, sedation, preventive) strongly preferred
-Must be bubbly, upbeat, outgoing, and socially confident
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Highly organized with strong follow-through
-Comfortable presenting, networking, and initiating conversations
-Must be able to travel locally for outreach (mileage reimbursement provided)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
