Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors
• Support residents with meals and medication reminders (as applicable)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Document care provided according to company and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (RCFE experience a plus)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
• Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to pass background check and health screening

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time shifts available
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:

• $20.00 per hour
