Duties and Responsibilities
 Inventory and Warehouse operations (pulling and re-shelving gear and steel)
 Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles such as changing oil, checking fluids, and checking operations.
 Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, precision instruments, and power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, jacks, and hoists.
 Adjust and replace parts, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.
 Examine and adjust protective guards, and specified safety devices.

General Responsibilities
 Maintain work area appearance and safe housekeeping practices.
 Actively participate in company-provided safety skills training and company-assigned improvement initiatives.
 Perform other duties as assigned.
 Perform duties with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner.
 Contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

Knowledge / Abilities / Skills
 Proficiency in the use of shop tools required.
 While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move and stand frequently.
 Must frequently use their hands to touch, handle, and move gear, steel, and other shop items.
 Must be able to lift and move up to 75lbs regularly.
 Regular, predictable, on-time attendance is an essential job function.
 Ability to learn or knowledge of trucking load control.

Education
 A certified forklift license is preferred but not required.
 OSHA 30 preferred but not required.
 CDL license preferred but not required.
