We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales/Service BDC Agent to join our team in Tinley Park, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to support our sales and service departments.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding sales inquiries and service appointments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize customer experience and workflow.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist in generating leads and qualifying prospects for the sales team.

• Proven experience as a Sales and Service BDC Representative or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or service is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
