This is a remote position supporting our territory, with a strong preference for candidates based in Texas or Arkansas.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and continue to facilitate growth within current sales territory.
- Train new and existing Territory Patient Care Coordinators
- Pre visit planning utilizing Tableau and all current reports and data. Phone meeting with TPCC, Territory Manager, and Director prior to the field visit.
- Conduct written field evaluations of Territory Patient Care Coordinators. This needs to be reported to the CEO, President, COO, Vice President of Human Resources, Sales Director, and Vice President of Sales within a timely manner.
- Analyze tableau data to help develop routing plans in each area.
- Be available for requested meetings and dinners with key accounts.
- Adapt a strategy for local area needs (no two areas are the same as we face billing, political, and invasive ventilation challenges, etc.) Lead strategic discussions with the TPCC concerning key accounts and facilities they are calling on and setting appointments.
- Extension of management’s strategic vision to access new opportunities through – LTAC, Nursing Homes, SNF’s, ACO’s, Private Insurance Payers, Medicare advantage plans, hospitals, & population health opportunities
- Ensure that TPCC field activities align with overall business strategy and market choices by positively coaching the correct selling behaviors and sales tasks.
- Selection and recruitment of team members to aid Sales Directors in hiring.
- Ensure Territory Patient Care Coordinator’s accountability for hitting benchmark goals through properly analyzing and understanding the trends while leading supportive and inclusive coaching calls with TPCCs to ensure benchmarks are clearly understood.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3 years Supervisory experience of a high-performing sales team preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in order to interact knowledgeably with and impact both internal and external parties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to convey highly technical information understandably to a wide variety of audiences
- Superior project management ability and drive-for-results mentality with a growth mindset

Access to Protected Health Information (PHI)
This position will require the employee to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) for duties related to document and report preparation. Policies and procedures will be strictly adhered to make sure PHI is protected as required by the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
You will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
