JOB DESCRIPTION
TheData Integrator Senior Principlewill support the SOCOM J2 Intelligence Data Science Team, located at SOCAF in Stuttgart, Germany. In this role, you will lead data integration, visualization, and analytics efforts, enabling advanced intelligence capabilities for Special Operations Forces (SOF). As a senior leader, you will work closely with Intelligence Analysts and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions that enhance mission success. You will also mentor junior and mid-level staff, fostering team growth and development while ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. This position requires exceptional communication and networking skills to engage effectively across SOF communities, gain trust, and understand cultural and political dynamics. With a baseline understanding of software development and expertise in data science methodologies, you will play a key role in identifying trends and opportunities to support intelligence operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-impact environment, empowering mission-critical success on a global scale.

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
