1st Shift - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
Pay Rate $17.71/hr
Pay Grade: HRJ003

Now hiring for an Assembler III at our Jacksonville, North Carolina Plant. As an Assembler you will build and assemble products and their parts, often in a manufacturing setting. You will use drawings and/or other plans to follow assembly instructions and attach parts to create the finished product.
Responsibilities:
- Construct and fasten parts, sub-assemblies, and components by reading and comprehending written instructions to properly assemble products that meet company standards in a fast-paced work environment.
- Operate various machinery such as hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Utilize shop math to measure and cut materials as required.
- Inspect products and verify quality specifications by measuring completed components.
- Resolve assembly problems by adjusting dimensions or notifying a supervisor.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on the assembly line.
- Will lean and understand production processes.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Ensure that all production goals are met
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work with your hands, have good manual dexterity and work with basic hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- High attention to detail.
Education and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
