About This Position
The CO₂ Beverage Carbonation (BevCarb) Account Manager & Installer is responsible for managing customer relationships, installing and servicing beverage carbonation systems, and growing CO₂ beverage gas sales within an assigned territory.
This role combines technical installation and account management, ensuring customers receive safe, reliable carbonation systems while identifying opportunities to expand beverage gas sales.
The position works directly with restaurants, bars, convenience stores, stadiums, entertainment venues, and beverage distributors that utilize CO₂ and Nitrogen for fountain beverages, draft systems, and beverage carbonation applications. Customer applications, not limited to beverage, may include pools, cannabis and other micro-bulk applications.
ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Sales
- Manage and grow a portfolio of beverage carbonation accounts within an assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities with restaurants, convenience stores, stadiums, theaters, and other beverage accounts. May also include pools, cannabis and other micro-bulk users.
- Promote CO₂ supply, equipment solutions, and related services.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure service quality and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely gas supply and equipment support.
Installation & Technical Service
- Install CO₂ beverage carbonation systems including:
- CO₂ cylinders and micro bulk systems
- Regulators, manifolds, tubing and applicable signage
- Perform startup and commissioning of new systems.
- Troubleshoot carbonation system issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Ensure installations meet safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures related to compressed gases.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and installation of CO₂ cylinders.
- Verify installations comply with local, industry and company standards.
- Educate customers on safe operation and handling of carbonation equipment.
- Complete all required safety documentation and inspection reports.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and equipment in the company CRM or ERP system.
- Track equipment inventory including regulators, cylinders, manifolds, and installation hardware.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Industrial or specialty gas distribution
- Beverage carbonation systems
- Draft beverage systems
- Strong planning, organization, and execution skills, with proven experience in customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and a variety of duties.
- Strong sales focus with the ability to build relationships and support revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Understanding of:
- CO₂ & Nitrogen gas supply systems
- Ability to install tubing, regulators, and gas distribution components.
- Industrial gas application troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to lift and move cylinders and equipment (up to 75 lbs.).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous training in industrial gas systems or beverage systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com (Service Cloud, reporting, dashboards) preferred.

Salary Exempt: $ 65,000 - $75,000 Base salary with car allowance & commission structure and strong earning potential
