- Perform routine and urgent assessments for patients.
- Triaging consults based on patient acuity.
- Lead clinician for the remote patient monitoring program.
- Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and radiology tests.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Coordinate care and maintain accurate patient records.
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
- Advanced Practice Nursing degree with relevant certification.
- Minimum of five years nursing experience, ideally in oncology or geriatrics.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interpret medical regulations and procedures.
