- Develop the overarching CRM strategy to maximize customer base value.
- Supervise and direct the CRM team, including commercial managers and technical experts.
- Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system.
- Design and manage multichannel marketing campaigns with a focus on email marketing.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance to improve efficacy using KPIs.
- Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM and commercial engagement.
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proven leadership in restructuring CRM departments and improving processes.
