In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to guide customers through their identity security journeys. You will be instrumental in providing strategic direction, conducting assessments, and building tailored identity governance solutions. With a focus on technical consulting, your insights will help organizations navigate complex identity landscapes effectively.Accountabilities

• Provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program.
• Perform assessments on the customer's current Identity landscape and develop their future identity roadmap.
• Build out customers Identity role-based access control and application onboarding program.
• Ensure best practices are followed for successful project delivery.
• Advise and provide direction to junior resources during project implementation.
• Maintain healthy business relationships with customers and partners.
• Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps and recommend improvements.
• Solve complex problems using the product's extensibility platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical consulting role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for performing identity security assessments.
• Experience with Identity provisioning and governance products.
• Familiarity with networking, directory servers, databases.
• Experience with web-based APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail, especially under pressure.
• IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
