In this role, you will play a crucial part in advising clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, helping them navigate the intricate landscape of corporate transactions. With a focus on both buy-side and sell-side engagements, you will utilize your expertise in corporate governance, contractual matters, and financial transactions to drive successful outcomes for clients across various industries. • Advise clients on complex M&A transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate service level agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to manage transaction processes.
• Conduct thorough legal analysis on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with clients.
• Guide clients in a full range of legal matters throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience practicing corporate transactional law.
• Strong familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, including both asset and equity transactions.
• Proven ability to draft transactional agreements with clarity and efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Licensure in Illinois or Colorado, or eligibility for comity or bar exam.
