- Advise clients on complex M&A transactions from inception to closing.
- Draft and negotiate service level agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to manage transaction processes.
- Conduct thorough legal analysis on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with clients.
- Guide clients in a full range of legal matters throughout their lifecycle.
- 4-7 years of experience practicing corporate transactional law.
- Strong familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, including both asset and equity transactions.
- Proven ability to draft transactional agreements with clarity and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Licensure in Illinois or Colorado, or eligibility for comity or bar exam.
