Overview:
Process capability improvement, organizing and driving quality metrics improvement, customer complaint and customer satisfaction improvement, digital information building, product certification audits, and customer audits. Maintaining and upgrading quality standards, inspection specifications and test procedures, ensuring that these quality standards and specifications and SOPs are consistent and implemented; driving the continuous improvement of product and process quality, from the identification of quality problems and process risks, root cause analysis and validation, confirming the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions and their parallel rollout, to the continuous resolution of product and process quality problems in order to achieve continuous improvement of product yields and quality risk reduction....
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Revision of standardization, monitoring, training (20%):
- SOPs, PFMEA, Quality Control Plans, on-site compliance with documented requirements.
- Responsible for establishing and domestic quality communication and benchmarking channels to ensure and promote the consistency of quality processes/standards and domestic consistency.
- Process Quality Management (40%):
- Control the product quality at all stages.
- Responsible for quality data out of control analysis, real-time monitoring of the running process of quality implementation standards;
- Responsible for workshop process quality abnormality follow-up, responsible for workshop process quality supervision and control;
- Responsible for MES system maintenance (Quality related);
- Arrange to follow up the batch rework and customer inspection, Ensure the quality of customer products.
- Regular statistics of process quality, process status analysis, TOP problems and process deviation improvement;
- Reduce the company's costs, according to the module evaluation criteria, the degradation of modules for evaluation.
- Percentage of time spent: 50%
Customer Complaint Management (10%)
- Analyze customer complaints, write reports and make recommendations for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and promote 8D improvement measures
- Regular review of customer complaints, the organization of customer complaints meeting, sum up the lessons learned, continuously improve product quality and service
Lean Project (10%)
- Improvement and promotion of lean projects and cost reduction projects
eam building and management (15%)
- Based on the team employee development channels and skill matrix assessment, the team's business level is identified. Through regular organization of training sessions for employees on internal/external quality tools and their practical application, as well as the establishment of communication and information sharing platforms, the professional skills of employees are ensured to be effectively enhanced.
GQMS(Global Quality Management System 5% )
- Digitalization of GQMS to ensure that IPQC, PQE modules are developed and introduced in accordance with the actual situation at the US site.
Key Requirements & Competencies:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of module process and quality Knowledge.
- Be familiar with the ISO9001 standard, be proficient in the quality tools and QC seven methods, master the 8D process steps, and be capable of implementing QCC and corrective/preventive improvement methods.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical skills, a sense of responsibility and strong execution ability.
- Experience Requirements:
- Quality Management Position, more than 1 years
- At least photovoltaic industry more than 3 years.
- Abilities and Qualities:
Fluent in English & Mandarin- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Independent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis.
Place of Job in the Organizational Structure:
The PQE superviosr will report to the US Quality Management Department and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, process Engineering , Technology, FI,BOM,EQ,PMC and quality management systems, to achieve quality objectives.
