About the Position

The Make-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining an apartment community. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks, including sheet-rock repair and painting, to ensure the apartments are ready for new tenants. The technician will work full-time, primarily during weekdays, and may be required to be on call.

Responsibilities

• Perform sheet-rock repair and painting in apartments.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure apartments are ready for new tenants.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 1 year of maintenance experience required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must have tools and transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Background screening is required.
