We are currently seeking a talented and reliable carpenter to join our production team. Ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of carpentry, including framing, flooring, roofing, and siding. The position is full time on first shift with a Monday-Friday schedule. Some overtime will be required when deadlines are imminent including but not limited to working Saturday’s. The environment is mostly outdoor and will require working in all weather conditions including precipitation, cold/heat, high winds, and turbulent conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and assemble according to drawings, specifications, and company standards.
  • Determine required equipment and method, applying knowledge of carpentry, geometry, and cutting techniques to complete assembly.
  • Install floor systems, wall studs, trusses, beams, doors, windows, molding and trim.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently for wood framing and trim carpentry.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in carpentry or related field.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to accurately read and use a tape measure, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistent produce quality product.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in various environments.
  • Accountable and self-motivated.
  • Able to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift and manipulate 50 lbs.
