- Manage and deliver the sales budget for Material Handling systems.
- Refine strategies to achieve budgeted orders and revenue shipments.
- Evaluate and pursue new market segments through research and outreach.
- Identify and engage prospective customers to develop opportunities.
- Track lead generation and manage opportunity pipelines using Salesforce.
- Create and execute quarterly business plans to drive account acquisition.
- Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce.
- Drive customer intimacy to identify new product development opportunities.
- Promote Material Handling capabilities throughout the American market.
- Provide timely reports and insights on competitive landscape.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in material handling systems or technical sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex requirements.
- Proven business development experience, including lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- High degree of initiative and business acumen.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
