- Work and collaborate with Program Management on business and contractual matters such as proposal preparation and project deliverables monitoring.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with project and contractual documentation.
- Serve as the focal point for ongoing issue resolution regarding compliance, acceptance, and payment.
- Administer commercial contracts based on project milestones, tracking, and documenting change orders.
- Develop and maintain tracking lists for proposals, deliverables, and project management.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and financial reports.
- Organize project, proposal, and contract meetings and prepare necessary briefs and materials.
- Design technical documentation and convey complex information effectively to various audiences.
- High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communicator with excellent written and oral skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
- Experience in authoring responses to statements of work and management plans.
- Competitive salary range of USD $113,440.00 - USD $170,160.00 per year.
