Account Executive - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients in the B2B SaaS sector. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-impact deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the companys mission of empowering businesses through innovative speech AI tools. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rapidly growing field and to help clients leverage advanced technology to enhance their communication solutions.Accountabilities
  • Prospect proactively across enterprise accounts and build your own pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Map accounts and maintain relationship maps for your territory, including existing clients and aspirational contacts.
  • Lead deals through the entire buying process, coordinating stakeholders and driving momentum toward successful close.
  • Negotiate business terms and pricing, selling on value and ROI to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Close new business while expanding reach and depth within existing strategic accounts.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain consistency and visibility for leadership.
  • Run disciplined deal reviews, anticipate risks, and proactively address obstacles to protect deal progression.
Requirements
  • 27 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or tech companies, managing strategic enterprise accounts with longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling to engineers and IT decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, BANT, or similar).
  • Pipeline and account management skills: account mapping, lead/deal qualification, forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills to drive complex deals to closure.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools (nice-to-have).
  • Coding knowledge or technical fluency (nice-to-have).
  • Soft skills: ownership and accountability for results, structured, organized, and performance-driven, kind, collaborative, a true team player.
