- Coordinate services functions and client experience across service lines focused on managed services.
- Engage in sync sessions with peer Architects to align technical solutions and enhance team collaboration.
- Act as a subject matter expert providing support for presales initiatives and aligning delivery expectations.
- Coach team members in a player-coach model to build their skills and capabilities.
- Foster relationships within the team and with external stakeholders including clients and partners.
- Assist the team in reaching billable targets by overcoming project challenges.
- Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary.
- Drive alignment on technical solutions across various practice areas.
- 7+ years of experience in technology roles covering technical engineering, operations, and support.
- Experience providing technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements.
- Proficiency in Azure technologies including Microsoft Azure components and migration strategies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, deployment automation, and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of tools for Cost, Security, and Compliance management in Public Cloud.
- Up-to-date understanding of cloud technologies and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a virtual team.
