• Provide leadership and direction for operational management of Interventional Radiology services.
• Oversee human resource management tasks, including recruitment, retention, and staff evaluation.
• Promote team building and career growth to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback.
• Monitor and manage the operating budget and collaborate for optimal resource allocation.
• Plan and organize staff and facilities to meet patient needs efficiently.
• Evaluate the quality of imaging procedures and services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science - Radiology required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a working technologist.
• National Certification (ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, etc.) necessary.
• Licensure by the ADH if applicable.
• State of Arkansas Radiography license required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
• Experience in budget management and compliance.
