- Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
- Gather data on trends and prepare reports for comparative analysis.
- Store and organize documents and files.
- Prepare lead lists, transcribe audio recordings, and organize research notes.
- Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples.
- Monitor projects, conduct internal communication, and organize company data.
- Coordinate team calendars and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare itineraries, book hotels, rental cars, etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and calls.
- Synthesize data into cohesive reports and presentation slides.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
- Excellent communication skills in phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing and cloud services.
- Experience with MS Office and online calendars like Google Calendar.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
