• Provide subject matter expertise during client proposals and RFP processes.
• Set up new GBS and GCCs, transforming them from cost centers into strategic growth enablers.
• Utilize analytical tools to enhance business functions and support decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Deliver end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring a seamless transition and stabilization.
• Lead AI powered automation and analytics initiatives to achieve significant productivity gains.
• Design global delivery models and governance structures in partnership with client leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in relevant fields.
• Expert proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Transformation.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a related skill set.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
