Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Role Overview

The Senior Quality Engineer role will improve and monitor the quality of Beehive Industries operational processes and outputs through an on-site and hands-on approach. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class Additive Manufacturing team in a company that offers stability and growth. 

What You'll Do...

Developing and implementing quality standards on engine propulsion systemsDeveloping and implementing quality control systems in an R&D/Low-Rate production environmentInspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met using statistical analysis, process capability Collaborating with technicians, operations managers, and engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements   Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues   Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes Monitoring and analyzing quality performance You have...

General GD&T knowledge and experience reading and working with drawings, or blueprintsA Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical, industrial or other relevant engineering degree   5+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role   Experience creating Quality control plans, performing measurement system analysis and using data to drive process and continuous improvement Experience with using QA software tools and processes   Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   Excellent project management skills   The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $102,000-$130,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
