About the role

  • As the Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator for our cabling team, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This position serves as the central hub for communication, ensuring technicians, clients, and internal departments stay aligned. You’ll manage schedules, appointments, and work orders while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking assets. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and job dispatching for the cabling team.
  • Manage work orders, maintain documentation, and track assets.
  • Act as the primary communication point between technicians, clients, and internal teams.
  • Order and track inventory, tools, and materials.
  • Assist with preparing reports, invoices, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines, escalate delays or issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and project management software.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working safely, independently, and efficiently while following instructions.
  • Team-oriented and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Knowledge of cabling, electrical, or IT infrastructure is a plus (but not required).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift 50–100+ lbs.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willing and able to pass a drug test.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 22 USD per hour(Salt Lake)
