Device Support & Configuration Associate
Location: King of Prussia, PA | On-site | Full-Time
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping others? Join our fast-paced team as a Device Support & Configuration Associate and become the go-to expert for configuring and troubleshooting Smartphones, Tablets, and Laptops!
What You’ll Do:
- Configure and set up mobile devices in a warehouse environment
- Provide expert technical support to resolve mobile device issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with patience and precision.
- Escalate complex cases when needed to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry updates.
- Document all customer interactions and contribute to knowledge base resources.
- Create clear guides and FAQs to help customers self-serve.
- Collaborate with your team, sharing insights and participating in ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience, ideally with mobile devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, on-site in King of Prussia, PA.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
