We're looking for a Staff Accountant who loves the details, enjoys digging into the data, and takes pride in keeping our accounting operations running smoothly.

• Own the day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and on time
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision and efficiency
• Assist with audits, preparing documentation and supporting materials
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Love for spreadsheets (Excel skills are a must) and working with financial data
• Strong attention to detail—you're the type who notices when things are off by a penny
• Someone who enjoys routine and process but is always looking for ways to make things better
• A team player who communicates clearly and works well with others
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
