Avera is currently seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary
Assumes the responsibility for the provision of care and medical management of patients at the clinic and hospital under the direction and supervision of a physician.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program required.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS
- Licensure as a Physician Assistant and ability to practice in the state of South Dakota required.
- Federal and State DEA certification is required for South Dakota.
- National Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) required.
Work Schedule
- 8 days/pay period, Monday-Friday with weeknight and rotating weekend call
