Position Overview

The Tennis/Pickleball Shop Associate supports The Medallion Club experience by providing high‑quality customer service and assisting with daily racquet sports operations. This role ensures a welcoming, organized, and member‑focused environment while coordinating court activity, supporting programming, and upholding club standards across all racquet sports facilities. The position reflects our commitment to excellence, hospitality, and a member‑focused environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Establish excellent customer relations and ensure the highest quality of service for members and guests.
• Coordinate operational activities in accordance with club policies, including taking reservations, assigning courts, and supporting special racquet sports activities.
• Enforce all rules and regulations governing the use of courts and related facilities.
• Coordinate and perform specialized projects, programs, or operational tasks as required.
• Represent the racquet sports program in professional activities and meetings as needed.
• Support special events and assist with additional racquet sports operations as needed.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Tennis and Pickleball product sold in the shop.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of racquet sports rules, facilities, equipment, and basic promotion/marketing practices.
• Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including reservation systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
